Coleman Oil Company Announces Acquisition of Wondrack Distributing Assets
LEWISTON, Idaho—Coleman Oil Company today announced the company has acquired Wondrack Distributing Assets, based out of Kennewick, WA.
The transaction that closes today includes the purchase of sixteen cardlock facilities and two bulk plants. The facilities are located in Yakima, Moxee, Sunnyside, Prosser, Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland , WA. Facilities are also located in Hermiston, OR.

Jim Cach has been promoted to Central Region Manager for Coleman Oil and has relocated to the Kennewick area to oversee the newly acquired facilities. Cach is a twenty-year veteran with Coleman Oil. “The purchase of these facilities improves our geographic coverage in the Pacific Northwest and provides an excellent base to grow our business with existing and new customers," said Cach. "It's about improving our efficiencies in all parts of our business while meeting or surpassing our customers' expectations."
